HOUSE RULES (Hotel Rooms)

We kindly ask you to take the following information into account when staying in the CML hotel accommodation

ACCOMMODATION

  • For the comfort and safety of all guests, maximum room occupancy shall be enforced. Should a reservation exceed the maximum capacity, a minimal fee per additional person will be charged. Please check with reception for more information.
  • Guests are permitted to only occupy the assigned accommodation (i.e. cabana, poolside tent, poolside table, or hotel room). If guests prefer to change their accommodation, they must request the Front Office agents to check availability first. Guests are not permitted to change accommodation without authorization from a Front Office agent.
  • The hotel staff and management reserve the right to move guest(s) who are not occupying their assigned accommodation. Should guest(s) refuse, the hotel staff & hotel security reserve the right to remove the guest(s) from the hotel premises without a refund.
  • Cooking or any other form of meal preparation is strictly not allowed inside the hotel rooms.

DAMAGES / LOSS / DANGEROUS ITEMS / DISTURBANCE / CLEANLINESS

  • The facilities rented are equipped with basic fixtures and beddings (where applicable). Should any fixtures and furniture be damaged, found to be missing, soiled or vandalized, the value will be applied to the guest’s account.
  • The Management and staff are not liable for any loss or damage of guest’s valuables (including motor vehicles).
  • Should room keys be misplaced/lost by the guest, an amount of PHP 500.00 will be charged to the guest.
  • In-room towels are not allowed to be used outside the hotel rooms. In case of loss or damage by guests, the following charges will be applied to the guest’s account:
    • Bath Towels = PHP 500.00, Face Towels = PHP 250.00, Hand Towels = PHP 350.00
  • Guests are requested to report any malfunction or failure of hotel amenities, equipment, and fixtures to the hotel staff.
  • Easily flammable and explosive substances and materials, as well as objects with unpleasant odors, are not allowed on the hotel resort premises.
  • Possession of deadly weapons and possession of/or being under the influence of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Any guest(s) found violating this rule will be removed from the hotel premises immediately.
  • Bringing electric stoves, gas tanks, butane tanks is strictly prohibited.
  • Guest(s) who are under excessive influence of alcohol and are a disturbance to hotel guests and staff will be escorted to their hotel room or removed from the premises if needed.
  • SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in all enclosed areas. Ashtrays are provided in designated areas.
  • Please observe segregation of garbage. Trash bins are provided in strategic areas. Littering is strictly prohibited. Please help keep the premises clean and sanitary at all times.
  • Videoke/karaoke operation hours are from 10am – 9pm only.

AGE LIMIT

  • Guests under 18 years of age, male or female, are not allowed to stay at the hotel overnight without being accompanied by parents or guardians. It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to possess or consume any alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs or cigarettes.

ANIMALS

  • Pets are allowed however they must wear an animal diaper (not provided by CML). The animal diaper must be worn at all times. If pets are seen to be disturbing or aggressive towards guests or staff, they will be removed from the premises.

SWIMMING POOLS & BEACH

  • Babies wearing diapers must wear “Swimming Diapers” when swimming inside the pool.
  • Swimming pool operation hours: 8am to 12noon | 1pm to 5pm | 6pm to 10 pm
  • Beach access hours: 7am to 8pm
  • The Management and staff will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries or death resulting from guests participating in boat rides that are NOT managed or licensed by the CML Beach Resort & Water Park.

CORKAGE

  • Please note the following corkage fees:
    • Letchon (pork): PHP 1,000
    • Electrical: PHP 50 (for rice cookers only)
    • Liquor: FREE
    • Food: FREE

HOUSE RULES (Water Park)

We kindly ask you to take the following information into account when using the CML Water Park

ENTRY & RESERVED SPACE

  • Pay as you enter.
  • Guests are permitted to only occupy the assigned accommodation (i.e. cabana, poolside tent, poolside table, or hotel room). If guests prefer to change their accommodation, they must request the Front Office to check availability first. Guests are not permitted to change accommodation without authorization from the Front Office.
  • The hotel staff and management reserve the right to move guests who are not occupying their assigned accommodation. Should the guests refuse; the hotel staff & hotel security reserve the right to remove the guests from the hotel premises without any refund.

SWIMMING POOLS

  • Please wear the proper swimming attire; no denims, buttons, zippers, colored fading shirt, and other kinds of attire that is not suitable for swimming pools. If clothing must be worn, it is advisable and recommended to wear white or any light colored t-shirts.
  • Please take a shower before using the swimming pool.
  • Swimming pool operation hours: 8am to 12noon | 1pm to 5pm | 6pm to 10 pm.
  • Beach access hours: 7am to 8pm.
  • No diving/jumping into the swimming pools.
  • No eating/drinking inside the swimming pools.
  • No running/tumbling around the swimming pool areas.
  • Wearing of eyeglass/sunglass around or inside the swimming pools is strictly NOT Allowed.
  • Please pay attention to your children while playing or swimming in the pools and beach area to avoid any accidents or injuries.
  • Babies wearing diapers must wear “Swimming Diapers” when swimming inside the pool
  • Lifeguards have the final authority in the swimming pools and beach area.
  • Guests participating in boat rides that are managed by the CML Beach Resort & Water Park are required to sign a waiver at the Front Office desk.
  • The Management and staff will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries or death resulting from guests participating in boat rides that are NOT managed or licensed by the CML Beach Resort & Water Park.

  • Only grilling-cooking preparation is allowed inside the resort (not within hotel rooms).
  • If guests bring certain food and cooking appliances inside the hotel resort, there will be corresponding corkage fees:
    • Letchon (pork): PHP 1,000
    • Electrical: PHP 50 (for rice cookers only)
    • Liquor: FREE
    • Food: FREE
