CML Beach Resort & Water Park appreciates, that in light of recent events, a key consideration for many guests today, will be their health and wellbeing.
We would like to share the protective measures you will see in our hotel resort, which are implemented to keep you, your fellow guests and our colleagues safe.
Keeping everyone healthy
On arrival, you will notice that all our colleagues will be wearing masks and respecting social distancing when greeting you. We ask that our guests also wear masks in public areas and maintain the recommended two-meter distance from others. Masks are available from the front desk, for your convenience.
Our staff are trained and disciplined in good hygiene practice. We conduct regular temperature checks. All public areas are cleaned fogged from 1 to 3 times a day, depending on the occupancy.
Food and beverage dining
We remain committed to delivering dining experiences and as an added precaution and for your peace of mind, our dining areas are fully sanitized before each day. Our buffet dining options have been redefined as á la carte and our tables are spaced at the appropriate distance to maintain social distancing.
Looking after your room
Our housekeepers will clean and fully air-out your room each day, while you are out. This will be arranged at your convenience. Sanitizing and hygiene amenities are provided upon check-in and include a mask and sanitizing gel. Rooms are left vacant for minimum 12 hours after each stay as an additional safety measure.
Leisure
Some of our facilities and activities, including swimming pools, the beach and other leisure activities are operational in accordance to health and safety guidelines from the Department of Tourism. Our facilities and activities are subject to unannounced closures and restrictions mandated by the Department of Tourism and/or Department of Health. The situation will be continually re-evaluated with the authorities.
